Featuring a wide range of
songs from classic rock to old and new hits, Bandemonium! formed from several
seasoned musicians in the Columbus music scene who couldn't give up the love of
playing music live. The result is a high energy,

Chuck Borton - Guitar
Influences: Jimi Hendrix,
Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimmy Page and many other 70's guitarists.
"I've been playing
guitar for 28 years. I took a long break in the middle years but now
that back into it - I can't get enough of it. Outside of this

"Have a (much) older brother who
was road manager for the Lovin' Spoonful, so got immersed in music at
a very young age. I thought I was the coolest kid in Kindergarten because

Irion Mitchell - Vocals
Influences: I have many musical influences
in my life: Pavarotti, Elton John, Al Jarreau, Ben E. King, Robert Plant,
Steven Tyler, The Temptations, The Four Tops, Nat King Cole, Mario Lanza,
Marvin Gaye, Bonnie Raitt, The Eagles, Maynard Ferguson, Billy Joel,
Smokey Robinson, Steve Perry…and many others!!!!
"I am a co-owner of a bowling pro shop, an avid competitive bowler, and I travel 3 to 4 times a years for
tournaments. I coached high school football for 13 years at St. Francis Desales. I am a Cantor and member of the St. James The Less choir. I
am a vocalist, songwriter and a published poet. I have a passion for
opera and Italian arias. I do the National Anthem for a lot of venues
around town, i.e. The Columbus Clippers. My hobbies are trivia, board
games, poker, reading, and writing."

Brian Ruyack - Bass/Guitar
Influences: Guitar - Neal Schon, Steve
Lukather, Tom Scholz, Kerry Livgren. Bass - James Jamerson, Rick Finch
(KC & Sunshine Band).
Took up guitar in high school when being
in marching band was no longer cool. A lifetime of playing at home.
Wrote and recorded pre-wedding music for both sisters' weddings. Currently
run live sound board for church worship band.
Hobbies: Coaching 2 sons in youth sports,
Westerville's Uptown Review Board, Studying pop music history from the
50's through the 80s, Kansas State Football.

Rick Soriano - Keyboards & Background
vocals

A man of many talents, Rick provides
the additional "touch" to the band that helps fill out our
sound tremendously. And he's a great drummer on top of that! Rick
started playing piano at age 6, started drumming at age 8, and has been
heavily involved in music ever since. Rick currently freelances with
several different music projects and brings several decades of
professional music experience in many styles to the band.

Tom Walsh - Guitar/Vocals
"I’ve been playing drums, guitar, and
singing in bands since a very young age influenced by guitarists such
as Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Toy Caldwell, and Dickie Betts,
as well as singers such as Elvis Presley, Boz Scaggs, Roy Orbison, and
Johnny Rivers. I like to perform as well as listen to all styles of
music. I’m originally from Rochester NY and moved to Westerville in
2005."
Hobbies: Going on Sea Cruises, hiking,
recording in my home studio, and spending time with my wife and family.

Jack Wensits – Drums & Vocals
Influences: Stewart Copeland, Neil Peart, Steve Gadd, Donald Fagen,
Walter Becker & John Mayer .
"Music is in my blood & I have played drums since age 16 and have been in
several live-performing bands in Dayton & Columbus including Eclipse,
SlipStreet, Paradox & Some Random People. I love the utopia of jamming
on stage and with friends & family from all walks of life. It doesn't
get much better than that!"

Paul Cooper - Sound Engineer/Photographer
Paul is the soundman for Bandemonium!
since September 2008. A veteran of many, many years working with many
different bands, Paul's keen ear helps the band sound their best when
performing. He also takes most of the pictures of the band posted on
our site. You may even see him try his hand at singing one of our songs
if we can convince him to get up on stage!
